1) I will only take commissions from people 18+. If you are under 18 and are found to have lied about your age, you will be put on a blacklist and will not be able to commission me.

2) Payment upfront for sketches, and before I proceed past sketch for other tiers. Payment plans can be discussed for larger orders.

3) Do not complain about my pricing. If you would like art, but something is out of your budget, then you can pick something that is in your budget, or save up for what you want to get. I decide on what my prices are.

4) Be respectful and do not harass me. Rushing me, demanding things and rude/immature behaviour will result in me likely ignoring you and canceling a commission, if one has been started.

5) I have the right to decline a commission for any reason. I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason.

6) My artwork may not be used by anyone but the commissioner / owner of the character/s drawn.

7) All my art is watermarked by default. Please properly credit me and do not remove my watermark for any reason when posting my art online.

8) I retain all rights to the work that I have created. Only the subject matter belongs to the commissioner.

9) I offer commissions for private and personal use only. You are not allowed to use my artwork for commercial use or monetary gain — merchandise, prints, etc.

9a) You agree that the artwork being created for any and all commissions made by The Artist (at any stage of completion) will not be put onto or used by any and all past, present and future blockchain-associated technologies, AI(Artificial Intelligence), all past, present or future NFT marketplaces, made into NFTs or cryptocurrencies under ANY AND ALL circumstances at any time. This includes all past, present and future derivatives, versions, evolutions of these prop mentioned technologies, selling platforms or trading/investing spaces; this includes public or private websites and/or mobile applications. The commercial use of personal, individual use labeled commissioned artwork in any shape or form without the strict written permission by The Artist is prohibited. This includes actions performed by means such as bot or human decisions. If it is discovered that a client uses any past, present or future commissioned artwork created by Madison Reid (@pandoranmama) as an NFT, Cryptocurrency or AI training piece in any form whatsoever at any time; the client shall:

9a1) Be banned, and blocked from using Madison Reid's services. An Artist Beware will follow to warn other artists.

9a2) Pay Madison Reid (@pandoranmama) the entire amount earned from NFT, Cryptocurrency, and AI sales (using a regulated, government recognized currency; preferably USD or AUD via Paypal/Square/Stripe)

9a3) Have their commission removed from Madison Reid's public art hosting services.

10) You do not have permission to use any art I have created, (be they commissions, personal work, fanart, etc) to train, validate or test neural networks, nor training AI/ML models.

10a) Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

11) You may not copy, trace or heavily modify commissioned art, unless you have explicit, written permissions from me if the artwork is shared online.

12) I will not try to replicate or draw in the style of other artists. Do not come to me asking me to draw something like how someone else does. If you want art that looks like it is from another artist then commission the artist you want the style of. If their prices are too much for you at the time, save up to get what you want from that artist.

13) I try to get any commissions done as soon as I am able. Be aware, depending on how busy my list is, or other means, things might take a bit of time. If anything big comes up that stops me from being able to work on commissions at all, a journal shall be posted.

14) For lined and fully colored work, a sketch of the art can be provided if the buyer so desires. Changes can be requested and made to the sketch a total of 2 times. Any large changes after the sketch stage will have an additional small fee. If you wish to avoid worrying about something not being correct on the finished piece, please try to have a proper, updated, and clear flat coloured reference for me to work with, or tell me of things that are missing on the ref ahead of time. The more details there are for me, the more I can work on getting the art as close to what you want.

15) All sales are final, and I do not accept charge backs. Anyone who issues an unnecessary, and unfair, charge back will be blacklisted and blocked.

16) Refunds will not be offered once the commission is complete. Refunds for large orders still being worked on will be decided on a case by case basis. I take commissions in order to help pay for necessary things, and to save money for future plans. I do not wish to be swindled out of money by someone who thinks it is alright to wait until I finish an art piece, and then ask for a refund. Such time could have been used on doing other commissions. Anyone who does this will be put on a blacklist and blocked.
